BPOS Secure Sign-in Error

BPOS is Microsoft's legacy cloud solution. It was a good solution but not without the odd glitch here and there.

One such issue that you may receive is an error about "Secure Connection to the Server could not be established" when trying to connect with the Single Sign-On agent.

This error is caused because the workstation's clock differs from the atomic clock by more than 5 minutes.

Reset the clock and try signing in again.

  • I use BPOS at AdeoPoint and in general have no issues with the Exchange Online services, but today my sign in client could not connect and was showing the error.
